MY DEAR BROTHER, PEMBROKE, August 15, 1786.
IT is my desire that all things be done to the satisfaction of all parties. If therefore it be more convenient, let brother Pritchard’s family and sister Boone lodge at Chatham house. Why have you not set on foot a weekly subscription in order to lessen your debt? Have neither the Preachers nor the people any spirit? Who begins? I will give two shillings and sixpence a week, (for a year,) if all of you together will make up twenty shillings. I am, dear Billy,
