SECTION VI.
OF PROUNOUNS
1. THERE are eighteen Pronouns; of which nine are Primitives, ejgw<, su<, ou=tov, ἐκεῖνος, αὐτὸς, o{v, τὶς, δεῖνα.
2. Eleven are Derivatives; ἐμὸς, σὸς, o{v or ἑὸς, nwi`>terov, sfwi`>terov, ἡμέτερος, σφέτερος, ἡμεδαπὸς, ὑμεδαπὸς, and ποδαπός.
3. ’Egw<, su<, and ou=, are Substantives, and are declined thus: — Singular.

4. The rest are declined like Adjectives of Three Terminations in ov of which eight are called Possessives: —
ἐμὸς, ejmh<, ἐμὸν sfwi`>terov, a, on
ἡμέτερος, a, on, ὑμέτερος, a, on
nwi`>terov, a, on ἑὸς or {o{v, eJh; or {h{, ἑὸν or o{n σφέτερος, a, on σὸς or τεὸς, sh< or the<, σὸν or τεὸν
5. But ἐκεῖνος, ou=tov, αὐτὸς, are Primitives, and make the Neuter in o.
6. In like manner are declined its Compounds, toi-οῦτος, tos-οῦτος, thlik-οῦτος: So, Nom. τηλικοῦτος, τηλικαύτη, τηλικοῦτο Gen. τηλικούτου, τηλικαύτης, τηλικούτου, etc.
7. If an Article be put before αὐτὸς, it signifies the same; as, oJ αὐτὸς, hJ aujth<, to< αὐτὸν (or taujto<, or ταὐτὸν).
8. {Ov, h{, o{, who, or which, is declined like o{v, his; only in the Nominative and Accusative Singular; Nom. o{v, h{, o{ Acc. o{n, h{n, o{.
9. These Compounds want the Nominative: —

10. The Indefinite Pronoun δεῖνα is thus declined: — Singular.

11. Most Pronouns want the Vocative: When they have it, it is like the Nominative.
